The Promotional Sweepstakes is open only to: (i) permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age to seventy-five (75) and of the age of majority in their state or province of residence as of the start of the Promotional Sweepstakes Period, and who possess a valid Drivers’ License from the applicable governmental authority. Officers, directors, and employees of LA Golf Partners or LA Golf Shafts, members of these persons’ immediate families (spouses and/or parents, children, and siblings, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside), and/or persons living in the same households as these persons (whether or not related thereto) are not eligible to enter or win the Promotional Sweepstakes. Individuals (the “Entrant(s)”) may enter the competition (only once per Entrant) by completing and submitting the entry form is provided after (a) clicking on any LA Golf sweepstakes webpage, (b) clicking on any social media ad or Google ad, or (c) submitting an entry directly through email (info@lagolf.com) or live LA Golf event across the United States. A purchase is not required to enter, and making a purchase will not enhance your chances of winning. If you choose to submit your Entry via your web-enabled mobile device, data rates may apply.
